Godfrey's Pond is Genesee County Fish & Game Protective Association. In 1909 when our association was formed our mission statement became to ensure the conservation of all natural resources and to aid in the enactment and enforcement of all laws pertaining to the same.

Godfreys Pond Privacy Policy
The Genesee County Fish & Game Assoc., incorporated in the State of New York in 1909 as a not for profit conservation club, collects certain information from it's members in order to develop and maintain it's data base. It is maintained in digital form on a secure computer by the Financial Secretary. It may not be copied or used for any uses not officially authorized by the Executive Board of Directors. In no instance will this information be given, sold, or shared with any entity beyond a confidential member list for use by organizational authorities or in co-operation with law enforcement under court order.
